Please ensure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. If you notice it is incorrect before it is shipped, please email GoddesssssBC@gmail.com to have it fixed. Fill out all details needed for your resident/business address, including suite/unit/apartment numbers if applicable.

Goddesssss Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned, you will be liable of the cost of re-shipment to the correct address. If you wish to not have the package re-shipped, you may get a refund. The original shipment cost and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT ME BACK?

Allow 48 hours for our customer service to reach back to you, not including weekends (Saturday or Sunday).Times vary during sales and major holidays. 

We are not accepting returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Goddesssss beauty cosmetics has the right to refuse all returns.
